Selection of Arbiter. If the parties are unable to agree to an arbiter within ten (10) days after submission of the written request for arbitration, the parties shall jointly request the American Arbitration Association or the Federal Mediation Conciliation Service (at the Association’s option) to submit a panel of seven (7) arbiters.
