Selection of the Contractor. (a) Bidding. Upon approval of the Construction Documents by both Parties, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Construction Group, LLC, with the assistance of the Executive Landscape Architect, shall prepare bid packages, which shall be used by Tenant and Landlord in connection‌ with bidding Contracts and to procure the Project Construction Work in the most optimal manner in accordance with the terms hereof and all Project documents. The Parties agree that Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Construction Group, LLC shall be selected as construction manager to perform the Project Construction Work, instead of and in place of the Pre-Construction Manager, whom the Parties confirm was Skanska USA Building, Inc.

  • Subcontractor Any vendor, subcontractor or other Person that is not responsible for the overall servicing (as “servicing” is commonly understood by participants in the mortgage-backed securities market) of Mortgage Loans but performs one or more discrete functions identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB with respect to Mortgage Loans under the direction or authority of the Servicer or a Subservicer.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department.   • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.
