COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that other contractors may be performing work on other projects at the Site, while the Work is taking place, in which event Contractor shall fully cooperate with District and other contractors while performing the Work, at no additional cost to District.

Applications for Payment 9.3.1 At least ten days before the date for each progress payment established in the State- Contractor Agreement, the Contractor shall submit to the Architect an itemized Application for Payment, notarized if required, supported by such data substantiating the Contractor's right to payment as the State or the Architect may require. The application for payment must, at a minimum, reflect retainage and the required waivers of lien and any other support documentation enumerated elsewhere in the Contract Documents.
Reservations for Registry Operations 3.1. The following ASCII labels must be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at All Levels for use in connection with the operation of the registry for the TLD: WWW, RDDS and WHOIS. Registry Operator may activate WWW, RDDS and WHOIS in the DNS, but must activate NIC in the DNS, as necessary for the operation of the TLD. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD all such withheld or allocated names shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
Modifications and Updates to the Wire Center List and Subsequent Transition Periods 2.1.4.12.1 In the event BellSouth identifies additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Section 2.1.4.5, but that were not included in the Initial Wire Center List, BellSouth shall include such additional wire centers in a carrier notification letter (CNL). Each such list of additional wire centers shall be considered a “Subsequent Wire Center List”.
Solicitations for Subcontracts Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment: In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Engineer for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Engineer of the Engineer’s obligations under this contract and the Acts and Regulations relative to Nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

Deadlines for Providing Insurance Documents after Renewal or Upon Request As set forth herein, certain insurance documents must be provided to the OGS Procurement Services contact identified in the Contract Award Notice after renewal or upon request. This requirement means that the Contractor shall provide the applicable insurance document to OGS as soon as possible but in no event later than the following time periods: For certificates of insurance: 5 business days For information on self-insurance or self-retention programs: 15 calendar days For other requested documentation evidencing coverage: 15 calendar days For additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements: 30 calendar days Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Contractor shall have promptly requested the insurance documents from its broker or insurer and shall have thereafter diligently taken all steps necessary to obtain such documents from its insurer and submit them to OGS, OGS shall extend the time period for a reasonable period under the circumstances, but in no event shall the extension exceed 30 calendar days.
