Self-Directed Account. You understand and acknowledge that your Account is self-directed, you are solely responsible for any and all Orders placed through your Account, and all Orders entered by you are unsolicited and based on your own investment decisions. You understand and acknowledge that you have not received and do not expect to receive any investment advice from Zero Hash, ZHLS or any of its affiliates in connection with your Orders. Notwithstanding anything in this User Agreement, you understand and acknowledge that neither Zero Hash nor XXXX accepts responsibility whatsoever for, and shall in no circumstances be liable to you in connection with, your decisions. You further understand and acknowledge that under no circumstances will your use of the Services be deemed to create a fiduciary relationship or a relationship that includes the provision or tendering of investment advice. You acknowledge that neither Zero Hash, ZHLS nor any of its affiliates, nor any of their employees, agents, principals, or representatives: (i) provide investment advice in connection with this Account; (ii) recommend any cryptocurrencies, Cryptocurrency Transactions, Orders, or any action or inaction in your Account; or (iii) solicit your placement of any particular Order to the extent research materials or similar information are available through the Platform or Zero Hash System, you hereby understand and acknowledge that these materials are intended for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation by Zero Hash to enter into any Cryptocurrency Transactions or to engage in any investment strategies.
Self-Directed Account. The Customer understands that the Customer Account may be self- directed, in which case the Customer is solely responsible for any and all orders placed in the Customer Account and that all self-directed orders entered by the Customer are unsolicited and based on the Customer’s own investment decisions or the investment decision of the Customer’s duly authorized representative or agent. With respect to both of the above, the Customer agrees that neither the Broker nor any of its employees, agents, principals, or representatives:
(1) provide investment advice in connection with this Account;
(2) recommend any security, transaction or order;
(3) solicit orders;
(4) act as a market maker in any security;
(5) make discretionary trades; and
(6) produce or provide first-party research providing specific investment strategies such as buy, sell or hold recommendations, first-party ratings and/or price targets. To the extent research materials or similar information are available through the Website or the websites of any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with the Broker (such entity, an “Affiliate”), the Customer understands that these materials are intended for informational and educational purposes only and they do not constitute a recommendation to enter into any securities transactions or to engage in any investment strategies.

I understand that my RHC Account is self-directed, I am solely responsible for any and all orders placed in my RHC Account, and all orders entered by me or on my behalf are unsolicited and based on my own investment decisions or the investment decision of my duly authorized representative or agent. I agree and understand that I have not received and do not expect to receive any investment advice from you or any of your Affiliates in connection with your orders. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, I agree and understand that you accept no responsibility whatsoever for, and shall in no circumstances be liable to me in connection with, my decisions. I agree and understand that under no circumstances will your use of the RHC Account be deemed to create a relationship that includes the provision of or tendering of investment advice. I acknowledge that neither you nor any of your employees, agents, principals, or representatives (i) provide investment advice in connection with this RHC Account, (ii) recommend any Cryptocurrencies, transactions, or orders, or (iii) solicit orders. To the extent research materials or similar information are available through the Robinhood Platform, I understand that these materials are intended for informational and educational purposes only and they do not constitute a recommendation to enter into any Cryptocurrency transactions or to engage in any investment strategies.

Self-Directed Account. You understand that Accounts opened with the Firm are self- directed. You are responsible for all purchase and sell orders, decisions to continue with an investment strategy or to hold an investment, and instructions placed in your Account. Unless the Firm provides advice to you that is clearly identified by the Firm as an individualized recommendation for you, any investment decision that you make or investment strategy that you utilize, including the decision to hold any and all of the securities or derivatives or other positions or margin in the Account, is based solely on your own investment decisions and is at your own risk. All investments involve risk, and you are responsible for determining the suitability of any trade, investment, investment strategy, and risk associated with your investments. The Firm is not responsible for making a suitability determination with respect to any trade , investment or investment strategy except to the extent that Firm has given you a specific recommendation. Capital Markets Elite Group Content or Third- Party Content accessed by the Client through the Firm does not constitute a recommendation to invest in or hold or sell any security or derivative, or to utilize any investment strategy.

You further understand and acknowledge that under no circumstances will your use of the Services be deemed to create a fiduciary relationship or a relationship that includes the provision or tendering of investment advice. You acknowledge that none of Zero Hash, its affiliates, nor any of their employees, agents, principals, or representatives (i) provide investment advice in connection with this Account, (ii) recommend any cryptocurrencies, Cryptocurrency Transactions, Orders, Trades, or any action or inaction in your Account or (iii) solicit your placement of any particular Order To the extent research materials or similar information are available through the Platform, you hereby understand and acknowledge that these materials are intended for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation by Zero Hash to enter into any Cryptocurrency Transactions or to engage in any investment strategies.
Self-Directed Account. By execution of the IRA Adoption Agreement the Account Holder hereby authorizes the Custodian to establish a self‐directed IRA Account on his or her behalf and agrees to each and every provision contained in this Agreement. Given the self‐directed nature of the Account, the Account Holder understands and agrees that it shall be his or her responsibility, and not the Custodian’s to: a) select and direct the investment(s) of the Account; b) conduct due diligence on each investment, investment entity/sponsor, selling agent, or broker (selected by the Account Holder), which he or she deems appropriate; c) understand the risks involved with each investment, including, whether or not there may be liability above and beyond the amount of the investment; d) review each investment, as well as the individual(s) and entity(ies) related thereto, with his or her legal, tax, financial or other advisor in order to satisfy any question or concern, and to determine whether such investment or course of action is suitable and legally permissible; e) determine if he or she meets all suitability requirements imposed by each investment; and f) determine if any restrictions, penalties, taxes, fees or expenses are associated with any investment.
Self-Directed Account. I understand that My Account is self-directed, I am solely responsible for any and all orders placed in My Account and all orders entered by me or on My behalf are unsolicited and based on My own investment decisions or the investment decision of My duly authorized representative or agent. Accordingly, I agree that neither You nor any of Your employees, agents, principals or representatives:
i. provide investment advice in connection with this Account; ii. recommend any security, transaction or order;
iii. solicit orders;
iv. act as a market maker in any security;
v. make discretionary trades; and
vi. produce or provide research
