Seller's Disclosures and Deliveries. Seller shall cooperate with Purchaser to satisfy the contingencies hereunder. To assist Purchaser in its determination under this Article Three, Seller upon written request shall (to the extent not previously delivered to Purchaser) deliver the following items to Purchaser within ten (10) days of Seller's acceptance of this Agreement or otherwise make them available during normal business hours for Purchaser's review and copying:
