SELLERS’ REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES CONCERNING TRANSACTION. Each Seller on its own behalf and not with respect to any other Seller represents and warrants to Purchaser that the statements contained in this Article III or in this Agreement as made by such Seller are true and correct as of the date of this Agreement and will be correct and complete as of the Closing Date, except as set forth in the disclosure schedule of Sellers (as may be amended or supplemented as provided by Section 6.4) (the “Sellers’ Disclosure Schedules”) attached to and made a part of this Agreement.
