Sending of Notices. Unless otherwise provided, any notice to be given to a party in connection with this Agreement will be given in writing and will be given by personal delivery, by a reputable delivery service, by telecopier or (except for any notice pursuant to Article 14) by electronic mail, addressed to the recipient at its address specified in Schedule "E" hereof or at such other address as may be notified by such party to the others pursuant to this Article.

Sending of Notices. Any notice, request, demand, approval or consent given or required to be given under this Lease shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been given on the earlier to occur of:
(a) the date of actual delivery; or
(b) the third day following the day on which the same shall have been (i) mailed by United States registered or certified mail or express mail, return receipt requested, with all postage charges prepaid or (ii) deposited with a recognized delivery service. 27 Any notice to Tenant shall be addressed to the Tenant Notice Address and any notice to Landlord (but not the payment of Rental or delivery of sales reports) shall be addressed to Landlord, Attention: General Counsel, c/o The Xxxxx Company, 00000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, with a copy to Landlord's management office in the Shopping Center. Either party may, at any time, change its address for the above purposes by sending a notice to the other party stating the change and setting forth the new address.
Sending of Notices. (a) Any notice, request, demand, approval or consent given or required to be given under this Lease shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been given as follows:
(i) If intended for Landlord, on the earlier of (i) the date such notice is actually received by Landlord, (ii) the date such notice is delivered to Landlord or (iii) the next business day following the date on which the same shall have been deposited with a nationally recognized overnight courier service for next day delivery properly addressed with all charges prepaid, addressed to Landlord, Attn: Xxx Xxxxxx, The Xxxxx Corporation, 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx 00000, with a facsimile copy thereof faxed to Landlord at (000) 000-0000; Attn: Xxx Xxxxxx on the day notice is mailed to Landlord.
(ii) If intended for Tenant, on the earlier of (i) the date such notice is actually received by Tenant, (ii) the date such notice is delivered to Tenant or (iii) the date on which the same shall have been deposited with a nationally recognized overnight courier service for next day delivery properly addressed with all charges prepaid, addressed to Tenant at the Tenant Notice Address.
(iii) A copy of all notices sent to Landlord shall be delivered to Xxxxx & Xxx Xxxxx, PLLC, Floor 47, Bank of America Corporate Center, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202-4003, Attention: Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx.
(iv) A copy of all notices sent to Tenant shall be delivered to Tenant’s Notice Address.
(b) Either party may, at any time, change its notice address (including its facsimile number) by sending a written notice to that affect the other party stating the change and setting forth the new address or number.
Sending of Notices. The addresses of the parties are as set forth at the head of the Agreement and any notice that may be sent by one party to other shall be deemed to have been delivered to its destination at the end of 72 hours from the time of delivery for dispatch by registered mail in Israel or within one business day if delivered by hand or by facsimile.

Any notice given by the Agent to any Lender may also be given by posting same on Syndtrack or any similar service to which such Lender has been given access.

Any demand, notice or other communication (hereinafter referred to as a "Communication") to be given to a party in connection with this Agreement shall be given in writing and shall be given by personal delivery, by registered mail or by transmittal by facsimile addressed to the recipient at the address indicated opposite its name on the signature pages hereto, or at such other address as may be notified by such party to the others pursuant to this Section 19.1.
