Seniority After Christmas Season. The seniority of employees hired as Christmas extras shall not take effect until seventy-five (75) days of employment and then shall be retroactive to date of hire. An employee who is laid off following the Christmas Season and hired back within (7) days shall also have seniority dating back to initial date of hire.
