Separate Grievance File. Forms and official supporting documents (or copies of these documents) associated with a grievance will be kept in a grievance file that is separate from the employee’s personnel file. This does not exclude the district from maintaining disciplinary documents in the employee’s personnel file if such documents are/were part of a grievance and the result of the grievance process verifies the documents as valid disciplinary items.
