SEPARATION OF SERVICES OF TEACHERS. A. Resignations and Cancellation of Contracts 1. Written Notice of Resignation A teacher who does not desire to continue in a position with the district shall submit a written resignation indicating the effective date. The Board will accept resignations for the succeeding school year without restriction if tendered on or before the date established by Kansas law. Except where otherwise provided by law, the Board may refuse to accept such resignations tendered after the date established by Kansas law.

  • Termination of Services 6.2.   • Transition of Services Upon request by the State prior to expiration or earlier termination of this Contract or any Services provided in this Contract, Contractor shall provide reasonable and necessary assistance to accomplish a complete transition of the Services from Contractor to the State or any replacement provider designated solely by the State without any interruption of or adverse impact on the Services. Contractor shall cooperate fully with the State or any successor provider and shall promptly take all steps required to assist in effecting a complete transition of the Services designated by the State. All services related to such transition shall be performed at no additional cost beyond what would be paid for the Services in this Contract.

  • Location of Services Subcontractor will provide the Services at the following address(es): _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.

  • Coordination of Services Consultant agrees to work closely with City staff in the performance of Services and shall be available to City’s staff, consultants and other staff at all reasonable times.

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code.   • Cessation of services 3. The delegation or assignment of CONTRACTOR’s services, operation or administration to another entity without the prior written consent of COUNTY.

  • Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section L shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section L requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.

  • Termination of Services by the HSP (a) Except as provided in 12.2(b) and (c) below, the HSP may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, upon giving the LHIN at least six months’ Notice.
