Serious Health Conditions, FMLA and Family Care Leave. The County shall authorize leaves of absence to employees for qualifying circumstances, as specified in the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Washington Family Leave Law, the Family Care Act, this Agreement, and other relevant statutes.
