SERVICE AND LOCKOUTS. The business office will, as a convenience to Resident, check out a key during normal business office hours to any individual for entry into Resident’s apartment provided Resident has signed a Permission to Enter form. Resident is responsible for return of any key checked out in response to such a request, and Resident will pay a charge for any key that is not returned. A key may be released during non-business office hours only to Occupants named on the Lease and only if the Occupant requesting the key provides a valid photo I.D. Landlord reserves the right to charge Resident a fee if, on a repeated basis during non-business hours, Resident misplaces his/her key and requests Landlord to provide access to Resident’s apartment.
