Common use of Service Budget Payment of Expenditure Clause in Contracts

Service Budget Payment of Expenditure. 1. This is a cost reimbursement Agreement for subvention services. For services satisfactorily completed, and upon receipt and approval of the invoices, the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) agrees to reimburse the Contractor for actual expenditures incurred subject to the approved Scope of Work, Service Budget, Budget Narrative, and applicable regulations as attached or referenced hereto and made a part of this Agreement.
