Common use of Service Categories Clause in Contracts

Service Categories. As of the Effective Date, the Service Categories are: (a) the Services described in Sections 2 and 4 of Schedule A (Services), as well as those Services described in Sections 2.2(b) and 2.2(d) to the extent related to such Services (collectively the “Remittance Processing Services”); and (b) the Services described in Sections 3 and 4 of Schedule A (Services), as well as those Services described in Sections 2.2(b) and 2.2(d) to the extent related to such Services (collectively the “Inclearing Services”).
