Results Reporting. Contractor shall prepare an in-depth IGCE report detailing its findings. The IGCE report prepared by the Contractor shall describe the BOE and provide the agency with recommendations based on the findings to assist in decision-making throughout the procurement life cycle. Contractor may be required to update the IGCE report as the acquisition progresses through the different phases of the procurement life cycle. Contractor shall provide services that may include but are not limited to research and analysis of past purchases of similar products or services, current market value of the products or services, or other agency purchases of similar products and services. Outputs: IGCEs.
Results Reporting. The Company will report to the Joint Executive Committee as soon as practicable on the results of the remedial measures applied.
Results Reporting. All test results will be transmitted in a confidential manner, with safeguards to prevent the disclosure of information to unauthorized persons. Further details concerning the procedures for performing breath alcohol testing are available from the drug testing management service and/or the Human Resources Manager (see Section A and Section D).
Results Reporting. The employee and the Union shall be informed of the results of all tests, and provided with all documentation regarding the tests as soon as the test results are available. The City shall designate a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to review all confirmed positive test results and communicate those results to the City. The MRO shall have the responsibility to determine when an individual has failed a drug test in accordance with the standards enumerated herein. If the results of the drug test are positive, and support a conclusion that the employee used an illegal drug, or reported to work while under the influence of alcohol, the employee may be subject to discipline including immediate discharge. FINAL DRAFT When applicable, additional testing may be required under the City’s DOT policy.
Results Reporting. Contractor shall:
a. Complete all negative specimen analyses (not requiring GC/MS) and report results of the drug panel to the designated MRO within 48 hours of the receipt of the tested specimen in the laboratory. All other non-negative analyses must be completed in a time frame consistent with DOT/DHHS regulations.
b. Assure that all test results - including the initial results, confirmation, and quality control date - are reviewed by the Contractor’s Laboratory Director or a supervisory scientist before being certified as accurate.
c. Transmit a standardized written report of all test results performed to the designated Medical Review Officer in a timely manner on the same day that the certifying scientist completes the review. The written report shall be in a format approved by the SFMTA and its MRO.
d. Submit together in batch form only specimens marked “random testing” or “pre- employment testing” from collection site to laboratory, and from laboratory to MRO. All others shall be submitted individually.
e. Identify in the results report, the drugs or their metabolites tested, whether positive or negative, the cutoff level for each, the identification number assigned by the member and the drug testing laboratory specimen identification number. The analytical results shall not be expressed in equivocal terms such as “possible,” “traces,” or “+.”
f. Report as negative all specimens which are negative on the initial test or negative on the confirmatory test. Only specimens confirmed positive, adulterated, or substituted at or above the specified cutoff levels shall be reported positive for a specific drug or drug metabolite. Specimens confirmed to be adulterated or substituted in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40 subpart F will be reported as such.
g. Contractor shall transmit the original or certified true copy of the urine custody and control form signed by the person responsible for the day-to-day management of the Contractor’s laboratory and the test report. This report shall be electronically transmitted to the MRO in a manner designed to ensure the confidentiality of the information.
h. Retain all records pertaining to a given urine specimen in secure storage for a period of two years and make them available to the SFMTA for audit purposes.
i. Upon request, make available to the MRO or Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) any quantification of test results.
Results Reporting. UCSD shall report results as specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto.
i. Each individual to be submitted for testing will be required to create and activate a MyChart account in order to access their individual test results. UCSD will provide a link and activation code to create the MyChart account. Each SCHOOL DISTRICT school site will receive its own URL for the purpose of its employees and students to create and activate their MyChart accounts. UCSD will make test results available via each individual’s MyChart account.
ii. UCSD shall make best efforts to notify SCHOOL DISTRICT employees and students of test results within 48 hours of UCSD receiving the relevant specimen at the lab.
iii. UCSD shall communicate COVID-19 positive test results directly to SCHOOL DISTRICT via e-mail at xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.
Results Reporting. The Provider shall report all test results and related information via the IMS. Specifically, the Provider shall:
a. Report test results for urine and oral fluid on the next business day. Test results for hair and bloods specimens shall be reported within five business days;
b. Segment results and test data by supervising case manager;
c. Conduct data analysis on specimen results to discern new use from residual use;
d. Assist with results interpretation; and
e. Provide consultation and results interpretation in-person and/or via teleconference on an as needed basis.

Results Reporting. The ILO will provide the Collaborator with a report on the results obtained by the Project/programme [on a yearly basis/periodic basis to be agreed] and at the end of the Project after activities are completed, with a final report covering all important aspects of the utilization of the Collaborator’s contribution.
Results Reporting. Designated Persons and Testing Entity, if authorized, will have access to a secure website to view and/or print the test results when the test results are available (the “Results”). Lab shall use reasonable efforts to report the Results to Designated Persons and Testing Entity, if authorized, in a timely manner. Results will not be reported to Testing Entity or any third-party designated by Testing Entity unless such Designated Person has authorized the release of the Results to such party and such release is provided by Testing Entity to Lab. If required by Applicable Laws, Lab shall be responsible for reporting to applicable federal or state health authorities the Results. Testing Entity shall provide Lab with all necessary Designated Persons demographic information to enable Lab to meet such reporting obligations.
