Service Core Allowance. The Employer shall pay the amount specified in Appendix A for all work carried out in the construction of the service core of a building. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective 1 June in accordance with CPI movements (all groups Melbourne) for the preceding period July to June in each year (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).
