Service Design and Delivery. Symetra shall retain exclusive authority, discretion and rights of approval with respect to service design and delivery, which includes the following:
(a) selecting designs of specific technologies and services from alternatives suggested by ACS;
(b) selecting specific technologies, hardware and software from alternatives suggested by ACS for implementation of such designs;
(c) selecting providers of specific technologies, hardware and software from alternatives suggested by ACS; and
(d) selecting implementation schedules and activities from alternatives suggested by ACS.
Service Design and Delivery. Transnet shall retain sole and exclusive authority, discretion and rights of approval with respect to service design and delivery as applicable to the Services, which shall include but not be limited to:
34.2.3.1. selecting designs of specific technologies and services from alternatives suggested by the Service Provider;
34.2.3.2. selecting specific technologies, hardware and software from alternatives suggested by the Service Provider for the implementation of such designs;
34.2.3.3. selecting service providers of specific technologies, hardware and software from alternatives suggested by the Service Provider; and
34.2.3.4. Selecting implementation schedules and activities from alternatives suggested by the Service Provider.

(b) Selecting specific technologies, hardware, and software, from alternatives provided in part by Provider, for implementation of such designs;
(c) Selecting suppliers of specific technologies, hardware, and software from alternatives provided by Provider in part; and

Service Recipient shall retain sole and exclusive authority, discretion and rights of approval with respect to service design and delivery, which includes the following: selecting designs of specific technologies and services from alternatives suggested by Provider; selecting specific technologies, hardware and software from alternatives suggested by Provider for the implementation of such designs; selecting providers of specific technologies, hardware and software from alternatives suggested by Provider; and selecting implementation schedules and activities from alternatives suggested by Provider.
Service Design and Delivery. 22. The DWP shall deliver the Services:
22.1 in accordance with the Service Delivery Standards set out in Annex 7 (Service Delivery Standards) [REDACTED];
22.2 as meets the requirements of the Services Specification set out in Annex 1; and
22.3 in accordance with Annex 8 (IT Changes Pictorial View) [REDACTED].
Service Design and Delivery. DSHS will retain exclusive authority, discretion and rights of approval concerning DSHS-facing service design and delivery that integrate directly with DSHS's processes.
Service Design and Delivery. 11.1 It is understood by each party that this design of the Services will evolve. Each party agrees to inform one another as soon as reasonably practicable of any changes in supporting legislation to YCG that may impact on or require changes to the Services.
11.2 SM will deliver the YCG while seeking continuous improvement in delivery as part of BAU processes.
Service Design and Delivery. 13.1 It is understood by each party that the design of the Services will evolve. Each party agrees to inform one another as soon as reasonably practicable of any changes in supporting legislation to FEA that may impact on or require changes to the Services.
13.2 SM will deliver the FEA while seeking continuous improvement in delivery as part of BAU processes. Each party will work to ensure cost-effective delivery; subject and with regards to the overarching financial arrangements as described in the Financial Statement Summary to support the Funeral Expense Assistance (FEA) Service Level Agreement between Department for Work and Pensions and Scottish Ministers.
Service Design and Delivery. 13.1 It is understood by each party that this design of The Services will evolve. The parties agree to inform one another, as soon as reasonably practicable, of any changes in supporting legislation to JSP that may impact on or require changes to the delivery of JSP or The Services.
13.2 SM will deliver JSP while seeking continuous improvement in delivery as part of BAU processes. Each party will work to ensure cost-effective delivery; subject to the overarching financial arrangements as described in the Scottish Devolution: Financial Arrangements for Formal Agreements and Financial Summary to support the Job Start Payment Service Level Agreement between Department for Work and Pensions and Scottish Ministers.
