Common use of Service Eligibility Criteria Clause in Contracts

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom 4.2.5.1 AT&T AND TC SYSTEMS must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom 4.2.5.1.1 AT&T AND TC SYSTEMS has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 4.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 4.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 4.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 4.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 4.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom AT&T AND TC SYSTEMS will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 4.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom AT&T AND TC SYSTEMS will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom AT&T AND TC SYSTEMS will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 4.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom BroadRiver must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom BroadRiver has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom BroadRiver will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom BroadRiver will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom BroadRiver will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom BAK must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom BAK has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom BAK will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom BAK will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom BAK will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom CBX One-Stop must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom CBX One-Stop has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom CBX One-Stop will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom CBX One-Stop will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom CBX One-Stop will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Micro-Comm must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Micro-Comm has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Micro-Comm will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Micro-Comm will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Micro-Comm will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Metro Teleconnect must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Metro Teleconnect has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Metro Teleconnect will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Metro Teleconnect will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Metro Teleconnect will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom FeroNetworks must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom FeroNetworks has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom FeroNetworks will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom FeroNetworks will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom FeroNetworks will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom DPI Teleconnect must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom DPI Teleconnect has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom DPI Teleconnect will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom DPI Teleconnect will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom DPI Teleconnect will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom 4.2.5.1 TCG must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom 4.2.5.1.1 TCG has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 4.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 4.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 4.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 4.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 4.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom TCG will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 4.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom TCG will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom TCG will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 4.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom e-Tel must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom e-Tel has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom e-Tel will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom e-Tel will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom e-Tel will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom MyLineToo must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom MyLineToo has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom MyLineToo will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom MyLineToo will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom MyLineToo will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom TeleConex must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom TeleConex has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom TeleConex will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom TeleConex will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom TeleConex will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom SPARDI must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom SPARDI has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom XXXXXX will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom SPARDI will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom SPARDI will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Columbus Local must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Columbus Local has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Columbus Local will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Columbus Local will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Columbus Local will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Ruddata must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Ruddata has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Ruddata will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Ruddata will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Ruddata will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Symtelco must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Symtelco has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Symtelco will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Symtelco will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Symtelco will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom VarTec must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met:: AMENDMENT EXHIBIT 1 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom 2.5.1.1 VarTec has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom VarTec will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom VarTec will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom VarTec will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom EPICUS must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom EPICUS has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom EPICUS will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom EPICUS will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom EPICUS will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom TWTC must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom TWTC has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom TWTC will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom TWTC will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom TWTC will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Sail Networks must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Sail Networks has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Sail Networks will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Sail Networks will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Sail Networks will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Comm South must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Comm South has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Comm South will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Comm South will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Comm South will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Gateway must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Gateway has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Gateway will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Gateway will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Gateway will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom 5.1.4.1 High capacity EELs must comply with the following service eligibility requirements. MCI must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom 5.1.4.2 MCI has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served;served or, in the absence of a state certification requirement, has complied with registration, tariffing, filing fee, or other regulatory requirements applicable to the provision of local voice service in that area. 5.2.5.2 5.1.4.3 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) 5.1.4.3.1 Each circuit to be provided to each End User customer will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) 5.1.4.3.2 Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment assignment, so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) 5.1.4.3.3 Each circuit to be provided to each End User customer will have 911 or E911 capability prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) 5.1.4.3.4 Each circuit to be provided to each End User customer will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c)Section 5.1.5.1; 5.2.5.2.5 5) 5.1.4.3.5 Each circuit to be provided to each End User customer will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom MCI will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunktrunk ; 5.2.5.2.6 6) 5.1.4.3.6 For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom MCI will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom MCI will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk;; and‌‌ 5.2.5.2.7 7) 5.1.4.3.7 Each circuit to be provided to each End User customer will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom US LEC must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are metmet for each High-Capacity EEL: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom US LEC has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom US LEC will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom US LEC will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom US LEC will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Utility USA must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Utility USA has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Utility USA will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Utility USA will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Utility USA will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Clearwave Communications must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Clearwave Communications has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Clearwave Communications will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Clearwave Communications will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Clearwave Communications will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Covista must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Covista has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Covista will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Covista will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Covista will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom USA Telecom, Inc. must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom USA Telecom, Inc. has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom USA Telecom, Inc. will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom USA Telecom, Inc. will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom USA Telecom, Inc. will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom ICG must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom ICG has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom ICG will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom ICG will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom ICG will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Nexus must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Nexus has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Nexus will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Nexus will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Nexus will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom BSE must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom BSE has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom BSE will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom BSE will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom BSE will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Vertex must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Vertex has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Vertex will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Vertex will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Vertex will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Deland Actel must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Deland Actel has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Deland Actel will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Deland Actel will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Deland Actel will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Unity Acquisition must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Unity Acquisition has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom <customer short name> will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Unity Acquisition will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom <customer short name> will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom FLATEL must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom FLATEL has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom FLATEL will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom FLATEL will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom FLATEL will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Xxxx must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Xxxx has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Xxxx will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Xxxx will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Xxxx will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Triarch Marketing must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Triarch Marketing has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Triarch Marketing will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Triarch Marketing will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Triarch Marketing will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom AirCover must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom AirCover has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom AirCover will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom AirCover will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom AirCover will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom OnePoint Communications must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom OnePoint Communications has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom OnePoint Communications will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom OnePoint Communications will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom OnePoint Communications will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom Hotline must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom Hotline has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Hotline will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom Hotline will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom Hotline will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.

Service Eligibility Criteria. 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom MTS Communications must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom MTS Communications has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom MTS Communications will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom MTS Communications will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom MTS Communications will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.
