Service Incurred Disabled Employee. A regular full-time employee who qualifies for permanent or long-term disability under the City's long-term disability insurance policy or through the Police Officer's Pension Plan as a result of an occupational accident or as defined by Xxxxxx's Compensation parameters, while in the performance of duties for the City.
