Service Levels and Continuous Improvement. 6.5.1 The Operator will use its best endeavours to introduce any Good Industry Practice methodology, processes and systems in particular those which impact in a positive manner for the continual improvement of the Services having regard to the following areas of benefit; fiscal, training and development, business processes and administrative systems, subject always to the Operator's need to maintain financial viability of the Services.
