SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS. Location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeup. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at said location. Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use by makeup artist. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. A chair is requested but not necessary. Initial BOOKINGS: To secure a date, a signed contract is required, together with a deposit of 50% of the contract price. Date of event will only be held for 2 weeks post Bridal Trial. The deposit is due at the time of signing. Dates and times will not be reserved until both a signed contract and deposit have been received. Initial ADDITIONAL WORK: While the makeup artist will make every effort to accommodate additional requests not covered by the contract, any additional makeup needs that may arise after the contract has been signed will only be performed at the discretion of the makeup artist. Regardless of when a person arrives, each person’s session will end at its specified end time, meaning that the Makeup Artist may not have time to do a complete application for late arrivals. When a Client or a member of their party arrives late, the Makeup Artist will use their best efforts to achieve the optimal results in the time remaining. If the Client desires and the Stylist’s schedule permits, they may agree, at their sole discretion, to do a full application. If any person is not available at all for an appointed booking time, his or her service will be cancelled. The Client will not be entitled to a refund of any deposit paid for that application.   • Performance of Services in Accordance with Regulatory Requirements; Furnishing of Books and Records In performing the services set forth in this Agreement, the Manager: A. shall conform with the 1940 Act and all rules and regulations thereunder, with all other applicable federal, state and foreign laws and regulations, with any applicable procedures adopted by the Trust’s Board of Trustees, and with the provisions of the Trust’s Registration Statement filed on Form N-1A as supplemented or amended from time to time; B. will make available to the Trust, promptly upon request, any of the Fund’s books and records as are maintained under this Agreement, and will furnish to regulatory authorities having the requisite authority any such books and records and any information or reports in connection with the Manager’s services under this Agreement that may be requested in order to ascertain whether the operations of the Trust are being conducted in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Training Requirements Grantee shall: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS; B. Appropriately budget funds in order to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure that staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met; and C. Ensure that staff hired for HIV and syphilis testing are trained to perform blood draws within three (3) months of employment.

  • Compliance with Accessibility Standards All parties to this Agreement shall ensure that the plans for and the construction of all projects subject to this Agreement are in compliance with standards issued or approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as meeting or consistent with minimum accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (P.L. 101-336) (ADA).

  • ORDERING REQUIREMENTS Eligible Purchasers shall order Goods and/or Services from this Contract, consistent with the terms hereof and by using any ordering mechanism agreeable both to Contractor and Purchaser but including, at a minimum, a purchase order. When practicable, Contractor and Purchaser also shall use telephone orders, email orders, web- based orders, and similar procurement methods (collectively “Purchaser Order”). All Purchase Orders must reference the Contract number. The terms of this Contract shall apply to any Purchase Order and, in the event of any conflict, the terms of this Contract shall prevail. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, in no event shall any ‘click-agreement,’ software or web-based application terms and conditions, or any other agreement modify the terms and conditions of this Contract.

  • Customer Requirements Customer will be required to maintain complex passwords for their User accounts where applicable. For any such passwords LightEdge will provide a secure URL that any User can access to change passwords. All User passwords are set to a ninety (90) day password expiration schedule by default. LightEdge is not responsible for unexpected use of Services whether by ex-employees, compromised User passwords or any other misuse of Customer accounts. Customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by such unexpected use of Service. Customer shall be fully responsible for providing to LightEdge at Customer’s own expense and in a timely manner the following: - All security for its Services and systems used or accessible in connection with Service; - Cooperative testing of all Customer-provided hardware, software, and Services for compatibility with Service; - Designating an Authorized Contact(s) to be the point of contact to interface with LightEdge Technical Support; - All cabling necessary to support Service; and - Physical and remote management access to any and all Servers onto which Service is installed.

  • Personnel Requirements a. The CONTRACTOR shall secure, at the CONTRACTOR'S own expense, all personnel required to perform this Contract. b. The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the CONTRACTOR'S employees or agents are experienced and fully qualified to engage in the activities and perform the services required under this Contract, and that all applicable licensing and operating requirements imposed or required under federal, state, or county law, and all applicable accreditation and other standards of quality generally accepted in the field of the activities of such employees and agents are complied with and satisfied.
