Service Provider Contract. This contract describes the terms under which you will be compensated for the services provided by you “The Service Provider” to CEAP students. In Accordance with Section 86 of the School Act of British Columbia it is appropriate for CEAP to enter into an agreement with service providers “to purchase educational services under the general supervision of an employee of the board who is a member of the college.” CEAP provides authorization to you to invoice us for services provided to supplement the learning outcomes of the individual student learning plan, as long as the following conditions are met: • The parent or adult student presents an authorized CEAP Service Provider Reporting Form to you, the service provider. • The form authorizes an amount appropriate to cover the cost of services to be provided by you, or, an amount to be combined with a balance owing, payable by the parent. • Claims are made within the acceptable time periods: Between September 1 – June 30, with all authorizations completed by May 1, each year, and all requisitions for payment submitted to our office before June 15, each year All payments are made directly to the Service Provider by CEAP.   • Service Provider The Service Provider also represents at the date this Agreement is entered into and any Service is used or provided:

  • Third Party Service Providers Unless otherwise prohibited by Apple in the Documentation or this Agreement, You are permitted to employ or retain a third party (“Service Provider”) to assist You in using the Apple Software and Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, engaging any such Service Provider to maintain and administer Your Applications’ servers on Your behalf, provided that any such Service Provider’s use of the Apple Software and Services or any materials associated therewith is done solely on Your behalf and only in accordance with these terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may not use a Service Provider to submit an Application to the App Store or use TestFlight on Your behalf. You agree to have a binding written agreement with Your Service Provider with terms at least as restrictive and protective of Apple as those set forth herein. Any actions undertaken by any such Service Provider in relation to Your Applications or use of the Apple Software or Apple Services and/or arising out of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been taken by You, and You (in addition to the Service Provider) shall be responsible to Apple for all such actions (or any inactions). In the event of any actions or inactions by the Service Provider that would constitute a violation of this Agreement or otherwise cause any harm, Apple reserves the right to require You to cease using such Service Provider.

  • AWARD NOT A SERVICE CONTRACT Your Award is not an employment or service contract, and nothing in your Award will be deemed to create in any way whatsoever any obligation on your part to continue in the service of the Company or an affiliate, or on the part of the Company or an affiliate to continue such service. In addition, nothing in your Award will obligate the Company or an affiliate, their respective shareholders, boards of directors or employees to continue any relationship that you might have as an employee of the Company or an affiliate.

  • Service Providers Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Service Providers performing functions pursuant to this Agreement, whereby the Service Providers agree to protect Student Data in manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA. The list of Provider’s current Service Providers can be accessed through the Provider’s Privacy Policy (which may be updated from time to time).

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Providers The Company transfers Data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx LLC, an independent service provider, which is assisting the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Company may select a different service provider and share Data with such other provider serving in a similar manner. The Participant may be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, with such agreement being a condition to the ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Service Providing Methodology 1.3.1 Party A and Party B agree that during the term of this Agreement, where necessary, Party B may enter into further service agreements with Party A or any other party designated by Party A, which shall provide the specific contents, manner, personnel, and fees for the specific services.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Participant's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Participant's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.   • Agreements with Other Service Providers Each Fund hereby appoints FSSC as the Fund’s agent to enter into agreements with financial intermediaries that are not registered as broker/dealers under the 1934 Act (each an “Unregistered Intermediary”) to provide Services to their customers that are Shareholders of the Fund. Each Fund agrees to pay Service Fees at an annual rate as set forth in Schedule 1 to this Agreement of up to 0.25% of the average net assets held in Fund accounts for which an Unregistered Intermediary has agreed to provide Services. Any such accounts shall not be treated as FSSC Accounts for purposes of this Agreement.
