Common use of Service Term Clause in Contracts

Service Term. This Addendum will take effect on the date your Voice account is activated by Viasat and will continue until terminated by you or Viasat in accordance with this Addendum and the Customer Agreement. You are required to subscribe to a minimum Voice Service term of six months regardless of whether or not you have a Minimum Service Term for Internet Services. After this initial six-month term expires, it will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, unless you have agreed to a new Voice Service term under any program then offered by Viasat.

After this initial six-month term expires, it will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, unless you have agreed to a new Exede Voice Service term under any program then offered by ViasatViaSat.
