Initial Service Term. The Order Form you signed when ordering your Service(s) may specify an initial service term for which you have agreed to receive and pay for your Service(s) (e.g., 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, etc.) (the “Initial Service Term”).
Initial Service Term. Customer agrees that the Service is for the Initial Service Term as specified in the Service Order (or in the applicable Service Schedule) which starts from the SCD.
Initial Service Term. The Services are provided for an Initial Service Term of thirty-six (36) months from the date that the Hardware is delivered to you.

The initial term for Service provided under this Agreement (the “Initial Service Term”) shall commence on the In-Service Date of the Satellite and, except as otherwise provided herein, shall continue, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, until the earliest of: (i) the End-of-Life or Replacement Date of the Satellite unless EchoStar elects to provide Service on the Replacement Satellite; (ii) the date the Satellite becomes a Satellite Failure; or (iii) four (4) years after the In-Service Date of the Satellite (the “Projected Termination Date”).
Initial Service Term. The Services will be provided for the Service Term outlined above.

The Services shall commence at Service availability declaration time that is calculated as 3 business days after Jumpstart training is provided to the customer and customer is set up and trained to use the Service. The Service Schedule shall remain in effect for a period of 36 months (the “Initial Service Term”).
