Service to Equipment. Other than routine maintenance, which shall be the responsibility of and completed by Customer or its designee, Pepsi or its designated agents shall be responsible for maintaining, repairing and replacing the Equipment. Pepsi shall provide Customer with a telephone number to request emergency repairs and receive technical assistance related to the Equipment. Pepsi shall respond to each Customer request and use reasonable efforts to remedy the related Equipment problem as soon as possible.

Service to Equipment. Other than routine maintenance, which shall be the responsibility of and completed by University or its designee, Contractor or its designated agents shall be responsible for maintaining, repairing and replacing the Equipment. Preventative maintenance of the Equipment shall take place at the Facilities no less than once every six (6) months. Contractor shall provide University with a telephone number to request emergency repairs and receive technical assistance related to the Equipment. Contractor shall respond to each University request and use reasonable efforts to remedy the related Equipment problem as soon as possible.

Related to Service to Equipment

  • Service Location and Equipment The AGENCY must request in writing and said request must be approved in writing by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee, prior to any change in the dates, times, and locations of services provided in this Contract.

  • Title to Equipment Title shall vest in the Contractor to all equipment purchased hereunder.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Damage to Equipment Each Party shall be responsible for damages to or loss of its own equipment. Each Party, and where applicable its insurer or coverage provider, waives the right to sue any other Party for any damages to or loss of its equipment, even if the damages or losses were caused wholly or partially by the negligence of any other Party or its officers, employees or volunteers.

  • Required Equipment Employees are expected to be at their individual work stations with required equipment in operable condition at the scheduled shift starting time.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.
