Service Water Delivery Point. All Service Water deliveries shall be to the applicable interface located at the boundary of the Plant and the Mill (the “Service Water Delivery Point”). Such interface location will be designated by the Parties in good faith at least six (6) Months prior to the commencement of the Initial Operating Period.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.
