Common use of Service with Related Companies Clause in Contracts

Service with Related Companies. Where an employee has been employed over a continuous period by two or more companies each of which is a related company within the meaning of the Corporations Law, the employee will be entitled to long service leave as if that whole period of service was service with the company by which they are employed at the date at which their long service leave entitlement accrues. Provided that an employee will not be entitled to leave or payment in lieu of leave more than once in respect of any period of service.
