Long Service. The applicable rate of pay for Long Service Leave will be the corresponding rate of pay in Appendix 1(A).
Long Service. Employees will be registered with the NSW Long Service Payments Corporation under the NSW Building and Construction Industry Long Service Payments Act. The Company shall be registered as an Employer under the NSW Building and Construction Industry Long Service Payments Act. The applicable rate of pay for Long Service Leave will be the corresponding rate of pay in appendix 1(a).
Long Service. 21:01 (a) First (1st) Class Fire Fighters shall receive, after ten (10) years of continuous service with the Department, an increase of three percent (3%) in basic salary.
Long Service. All Employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the Workplace Relations Act 1996 as varied from time to time.
Long Service. Long Service Leave will be in accordance with the Building & Construction Industry Long Service Leave Act 1986 (NSW). The applicable rate of pay for Long Service Leave will be the corresponding rate of pay in Appendix 2.
Long Service. 1. Teachers who are in the continuous employment of the School District for a period of four (4) years shall receive one half (1/2) an increment above that normally paid.
2. Teachers who are in the continuous employment of the School District for a period of eight (8) years shall receive one (1) increment above that normally paid.
3. For the purpose of this Article, continuous employment shall mean the number of years employment of the teacher dating from the most recent starting date in the School District and shall include all leaves within that period.
4. Part-time teachers who are in the continuous employment of the School District shall have their years of employment prorated.
Long Service. Employees shall receive a long service premium as follows: Overtime will be paid at the employees’ rate of pay plus time and one half as per Article 19. Long Service Premiums will only be paid on hours worked at straight time.
Long Service. (1) The long service which shall entitle a worker to such leave shall, subject as herein provided, be continuous service with one and the same employer.
(2) Such service shall include service prior to the 1st day of April 1958, if it continued until such time but only to the extent of the last 20 completed years of continuous service.
(a) Where a business has, whether before or after the coming into operation hereof, been transmitted from an employer (herein called "the transmittor") to another employer (herein called "the transmittee") and a worker who at the time of such transmission was a worker of the transmittor in that business becomes a worker of the transmittee - the period of the continuous service which the worker has had with the transmittor (including any such service with any prior transmittor) shall be deemed to be service of the worker with the transmittee.
(b) In this subclause "transmission" includes transfer, conveyance, assignment or succession whether voluntary or by agreement or by operation of law and "transmitted" has a corresponding meaning.
(4) Such service shall include -
(a) Any period of absence from duty on any annual leave or long service leave;
(b) Any period following any termination of the employment by the employer if such termination has been made merely with the intention of avoiding obligations hereunder in respect of long service leave or obligations under any award in respect of annual leave;
(c) Any period during which the service of the worker was or is interrupted by service -
(i) as a member of the Naval, Military or Air Forces of the Commonwealth of Australia other than as a member of the British Commonwealth Occupation Forces in Japan and other than as a member of the Permanent Forces of the Commonwealth of Australia except in the circumstances referred to in Section 31(2) of the Defence Act, 1903-1956, and except in Korea or Malaya after 26 June 1950;
(ii) as a member of the Civil Construction Corps established under the National Security Act, 1939-1946;
(iii) in any of the Armed Forces under the National Service Act, 1951 (as amended). Provided that the worker as soon as reasonably practicable on the completion of any such services resumed or resumes employment with the employer by whom he was employed immediately before the commencement of such service.
(5) Service shall be deemed to be continuous notwithstanding -
(a) the transmission of a business as referred to in subclause (3) hereof.

Long Service. 11.8.1 An Employee will be entitled to Long Service Leave in accordance with the Long Service Leave Act 1987 (SA).
11.8.2 The Employee may request, and the Employer may agree, to cash out a portion of accrued Long Service Leave entitlements. If the request is approved, the Employee must hold in reserve an accrual of at least 10 days Long Service Leave.
Long Service. 24.1 In recognition of long service, employees who reach 10 years of current accumulated service with the employer will be provided with a one off week period of paid leave. Except that members of APEX at ratification of this agreement shall receive a one off ‘two week’ period of paid leave. DRAFT
24.2 Employees who reach 20, 30, 40 and 50 years of current accumulated service with the employer will be provided with a one-off ‘two week’ period of paid leave.
24.3 Long service leave will be paid based on contracted hours of work at the time the leave is taken. Long service leave must be taken during one continuous period that is agreed with your manager, within 24 months of receiving the entitlement, or it will be forfeited. Long service leave will not be paid out under any circumstances.
24.4 Periods of leave without pay that are three months or longer (except parental leave), and casual employment are not included when calculating continuous employment for the purposes of long service leave entitlements.
