Servicer Payment Obligation. The Servicer shall be responsible for the payment of all fees and expenses of the Issuer and the Trustees paid by any of them in connection with any of their obligations under the Basic Documents to obtain or maintain or cause to be obtained or maintained any required license under the (i) Maryland Vehicle Sales Finance Act or (ii) Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act.
