Services After Normal Business Hours. If Tenant desires any heated or refrigerated air conditioning services under Section 11.1 at a time other than those set forth in Section 11.1, then such services shall be supplied to Tenant, subject to Landlord's determination that doing so will not damage or overload the HVAC system, upon the written request of Xxxxxx delivered to Landlord before 3:00 p.m. on the date of the extra usage, and Tenant shall pay to Landlord the cost of such services, as determined by Landlord, which is currently $35.00 per air handler per hour per floor, within fifteen (15) days after Landlord has delivered to Tenant an invoice therefor. The costs shall include not just additional electrical costs, but also costs for labor, metering, additional wear and tear on HVAC equipment, and other relevant costs, as reasonably allocated by Landlord to providing such service to Tenant.
