Services Not Provided For. The use of exhibit space during the trade show event as provided for herein does not include labor or moving services; internet access; storage services; drayage (material handling), placement or storage of crates or display related equipment; decoration or carpeting of any type; guard services; special or unusual lighting; electrical power; security services; cleaning or janitorial services; labor required to install, erect, drape or decorate exhibit booths or the exhibit area and/or to move exhibit materials in and out of the Facility; and/or any other associated services. The above items shall not be the responsibility of ASA and, to the extent required, will be handled and paid for by Exhibitor. The Exhibitor understands that neither ASA nor the Event Organizer, Hotel or Facility maintains insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property and that it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. The Trade Show will be administered by Global Experience Services, Inc., also known as GES Services (hereinafter GES Services or “Event Organizer”). GES Services advises each trade show exhibitor as follows: Freight Handling Global Experience Specialists, Inc. has the responsibility of receiving and handling all exhibit materials and empty crates. It is their responsibility to manage docks and schedule vehicles for the smooth and efficient move in and move out of the exhibition. Global Experience Specialists, Inc. will not be responsible, however, for any materials they do not handle. Global Experience Specialists, Inc. will have complete control of the loading docks at all times. If you wish to unload or load, you must report to the GES Freight Desk .Do not proceed to the docks until told to do so. All exhibitors are expected to comply with any union requirements in effect and as outlined in the “SHOW SITE WORK RULES” section of the Exhibitor kit.

  • Services Provided by Attorneys Any services to be provided by a law firm or attorney must be reviewed and approved in writing in advance by the City Attorney. No invoices for services provided by law firms or attorneys, including, without limitation, as subcontractors of Contractor, will be paid unless the provider received advance written approval from the City Attorney.
