USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. No exhibitor may sublet, assign, or apportion any part of the space allotted, or represent, advertise, or distribute literature for the products or services of any other firm except as approved in writing by OBS.
USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. The Exhibitor contracts to use the booth for the duration of the Event in conformity with Management’s guidelines. Management has the right to relocate a booth at its discretion. The Exhibitor and its representatives shall conduct themselves in a business-like manner. In cases of disruptive and unprofessional behavior, exhibitor has the right to ask disruptive individuals to leave its booth. Show management reserves the right to revoke trade show participation privileges from such individuals. Exhibits may not obstruct overall view or hide the exhibits of others. Unusual or specially built booths must have Management approval. Management reserves the right to restrict or remove exhibits that are distracting or distract from the character of the Event. Booths must be set up prior to the opening of the Event. Management has the right to re-allocate a booth at its discretion if the Exhibitor has not appeared or begun to set up the booth 3 hours prior to the opening of the Event. The Exhibitor will assume the cost of any additional services/equipment required for their respective exhibit space. Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet, share or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted, or have representatives, products, equipment, signs or printed materials from other than its own firm contracted in the assigned exhibit space without the prior written consent of Show Management. BOOTH RESPONSIBILITY: It will be the responsibility of the company who contracts the space to maintain personnel in the booth at all times during the show hours. Any Exhibitor who starts to pack or dismantle their booth prior to the show closing will be charged a fee of $1,000 and may forfeit any seniority to future shows. EVENT SCHEDULE: The duration of the event, set-up times and hours of operation shall be published in the Exhibitor Manual. Construction and dismantling hours must be adhered to unless written approval is received from Management.
USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. All demonstrations, interviews or other sales activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibit booth. No Exhibitor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted without the knowledge and written consent of the Exhibit Manager. Aisles must be kept clear and exhibits shall be arranged so that sales personnel will remain inside of the space rented.
USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. Exhibitors shall reflect their company’s highest standard of professionalism while maintaining the booth during exhibit employees thereof will be responsible for injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, or to the exhibitor’s employee or property, from any cause whatsoever.
USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. Management, for and in consideration of the covenants and agreements herein contained, and performance by Exhibitor of all such covenants, hereby grants to Exhibitor the right to use the Exhibit Space assigned by Management in the exhibit/community area of the Program for the specified dates on Page 1 of this agreement. If Exhibitor does not exhibit in said space, or fails to comply in any other respect with the terms of this Agreement, then Management shall have the right, without notice to Exhibitor, to offer said space to another entity and Exhibitor agrees to pay any deficiency, loss or damage suffered by Management as a result. The Exhibitor shall not assign or sublet any part of the space.
USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. All demonstrations and sales activities must be confined to the limits of the assigned booth space. No vendor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space allocated them without the prior knowledge and written consent of CQA/ACC.

USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. No Exhibitor may sublet, assign, or apportion any part of the space allotted, or represent, advertise, or distribute literature for the products or services of any other firm or individual except as approved in writing by ASLA. The purposes of the exhibit are to inform and educate ASLA members regarding the characteristics and uses of the products. Cash and carry sales are not permitted.
USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. (9.1) No Exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or share the space assigned to them without the pre-approval of NIRSA. Exhibitor may not display in its space any products, branding, marketing materials, or displays from non- exhibiting companies unless approved in writing by NIRSA.
(9.2) In the event the Exhibitor fails to install his/her display as of three hours prior to the time set for the Exposition opening, or fails to pay the full amount of space rental charges according to the appropriate time frames, or fails to comply with any provisions concerning the use of display space, NIRSA shall have the right to take possession of said space and resell same, or any part thereof, with the original Exhibitor being liable for full, applicable monetary cancellation/reduction penalties as stated within these policies.
(9.3) All booth equipment, product samples, demonstrations, and distribution of circulars/promotional material must be confined to within the physical limits of the Exhibitor’s booth. Neither hired models nor booth personnel may walk the aisles of the trade show representing or promoting a company product. (9.
USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE a. No sound systems, musical instruments, noisemakers, loudspeakers, microphones or other sound amplification or broadcasting devices of any kind may be used.
b. Exhibitor may not conduct a registration for a drawing of any kind without the prior written consent of Enchantment productions.
c. No demonstrator, trophies, decorations, portals, fountains, signs, banners, advertising matter or exhibits of any kind or character will be allowed in the aisles or public passageways or attached to the show building walls, posts or doors.
d. General distribution of brochures, pamphlets, leaflets, flyers, newspapers, magazines or other literature or promotional materials or any kind or character is strictly prohibited, but such literature or material may be made available on counter space or otherwise within the Exhibit space, and may be distributed upon specific request thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, materials designed to stick to walls, car bumpers, balloons, hats, tee shirts, or similar materials shall not be distributed under any circumstances.
e. Exhibitor agrees not to use the Exhibit Space for any political or religious purpose.
f. Solicitation of funds for any political, educational or charitable corporation or association or any other corporations associations, group, individual or cause or any kind or character is strictly prohibited.
g. Exhibitor AGREES NOT TO PLACE ANY ITEM OR MERCHANDISE OUTSIDE OF THE DESIGNATED BOOTH AREA.
h. Enchantment Productions, at its discretion, reserves the right to assign Exhibitors to the best space available, and to make shifts in location as deemed necessary.
i. NO DISPLAY SPACE SHALL BE SUBLET. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
j. Insurance, in all cases exhibitors wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense.
k. NO WHOLESALE PRICING, RETAIL ONLY.
l. NO SALES OR TWO FOR ONE OFFERS OF ANY KIND without written permission by Enchantment Productions.
