Material Handling. Presenter must hand carry into the Theater any materials to be distributed during the Presenter’s presentation period. Neither TRB nor the general contractor for the meeting will provide freight handling services for the Theater. The Facility cannot accept any shipments for the Theater. The Presenter shall not use the loading dock of the Facility, nor shall the Presenter bring anything into the Theater that requires the use of wheels. If the Presenter also is an exhibitor, they may ship their Theater materials to their exhibit booth, and then hand carry them into the Theater from there.

In all cases of emergency replacements or temporary transfers, preference will be given to the senior employee in the crew and in the event that no one accepts the transfer than the junior employee in the crew will be forced to accept the transfer. It is not the intent of this agreement to permanently subsidize the plant (surface) with the use of emergency replacement transfer on a continuous basis.

Novatel Wireless shall maintain a material handling system which ensures that all incoming material are handled properly to avoid physical damage, temperatures beyond those recommended for materials, or other conditions which might degrade the quality and/or reliability of the materials. This system must assure that no material is stored beyond its recommended shelf-life. All non-conforming material must be tagged, and placed away from conforming materials in a controlled area designated for non-conforming material only.
Material Handling. The Materials may contain one or more infectious agents and may have additional unknown and hazardous properties. The Recipient represents and warrants that it has the expertise necessary to handle the Materials with care and without danger to any person or entity, including without limitation the Recipient, any affiliate, any employees of the Recipient or of any affiliate, Provider or the public. The Recipient shall not accept delivery of the Confidential Information or the Materials until it has first requested and received from the Provider all necessary information and has sought and obtained any necessary advice or expertise to ensure that it is capable of handling the Confidential Information and the Materials in a safe and prudent manner and in compliance with all Applicable Laws, regulations, and ordinances whether Federal, State, Provincial, County, Municipal or otherwise.

Material Handling. Exhibitors may hand-carry their own materials into the exhibit facility. Exhibitors are responsible for the retrieval, management and shipment of their materials, goods and/or display. The Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility of payment of all monies associated with the handling, shipment and retrieval of materials, goods and/or display. The use or rental of dollies, flat carts, and other mechanized equipment is not permitted. There will be controlled access to the loading docks and loading areas to maintain a safe and orderly move-in and move-out.
