Services Per Period a) The Musicians shall provide a total of eight (8) services each week not to exceed a total of twenty (20) hours of weekly services. Overtime will be paid according to the rates set out in Article Clause Twelve (12) times in the season, the Centre may utilize without payment of overtime a nine (9) service week (not to exceed hours of weekly services), or nine (9) services on consecutive days from one week to the next without a day off. There may be more than nine (9) services on consecutive days from one week to the next when the services include services for the Governor General’s Performing Awards or when a ballet company previously engaged by the Centre changes its dates of engagement at the Centre due to reasons beyond the Centre’s control. Except as provided for in this Agreement, for each nine (9) service week in a season, a week with seven (7) or fewer services or fewer hours) and at least three (3) days off, or a vacation week must be scheduled which is contiguous with the nine (9) service week with the following exceptions: Two (2) times per season a nine (9) service week may be scheduled without the necessity of scheduling a week with seven (7) or fewer services (17.5 or fewer hours) or a vacation week which is contiguous with the nine (9) service week. However, when this occurs, a week with seven (7) or fewer services (1 or fewer hours) and at least three (3) days off, or a vacation week, shall be scheduled in the two (2) weeks immediately precedingthe nine (9) service week or the two (2) weeks immediately following the nine

  • Services Performance All services are performed using generally recognized commercial practices and standards. Customer agrees to provide prompt notice of any such service concerns and HP will re-perform any service that fails to meet this standard.

  • Services Term Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Service that you order will start at the earlier of (a) your first use of the Service, (b) the date you purchased the Service, or (c) the start date contained in the Order Form, and, in each case, will end at the expiration of the Services Term unless sooner terminated as set forth below. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration as the original Services Term, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the applicable Services Term. Any Services that you order must be consumed during the applicable Services Term and any unused Services will expire.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.

  • Location of Services Performed All services provided under this Contract and as requested in any Authorized User Agreement shall only be performed within the continental United States. Notwithstanding Appendix B, section 28 Modification of Contract Terms, there shall be no exceptions proposed by a Contractor or considered by an Authorized User under the resultant OGS Centralized Contract and Contract process. An Authorized User is expressly prohibited from granting any and all exceptions to this clause.

  • Service Term XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The term of this Contract will begin when your local utility switches your account to XOOM and will continue on a month-to-month basis as set forth in the accompanying Product Sheet.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
