Services with the Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform such duties and exercise such powers related thereto as may from time to time be assigned to him by the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"). Executive shall duly and diligently perform all duties assigned to him while in the employ of the Company. He shall be bound by and faithfully observe and abide by all rules and regulations of the Company which are brought to his notice or of which he should be reasonably aware.
