Services with the Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform such duties and exercise such powers related thereto as may from time to time be assigned to him by the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"). During the Term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to act as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing of the Company and shall report to, as directed by, the Board of Directors of the Company.
