Seven and one half (7-1/2) hours work at his designated working place will constitute a work day for each employee. The employee’s lunch period will be three-quarters (3/4) of one (1) hour on his own time. The employee's break periods will be fifteen (15) minutes in the morning and fifteen (15) minutes in the afternoon on the Company's time. The fifteen (15) minute period covers the total time the employee is to be absent from his place of work.

Seven and one half (7 ½) hours shall constitute a normal day’s work and thirty-seven and one-half (37 ½) hours shall constitute a normal work week consisting of five (5) consecutive days of work followed by two (2) consecutive days off. The exceptions are holiday block employees and all employees at the time of shift changes, transfers, promotions and rotation between positions and shifts.

  • Time and one Half Pay at one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of an employee’s Hourly Overtime Base Rate. Pay at Time and One-Half shall apply:

  • Education and Outreach Health Education Advisory Committee The PH-MCO must develop and implement effective Member education and outreach programs that may include health education programs focusing on the leading causes of hospitalization and emergency room use, and health initiatives that target Members with Special Needs, including but not limited to: HIV/AIDS, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Dual Eligibles, etc. The PH-MCO must establish and maintain a Health Education Advisory Committee that includes Members and Providers of the community to advise on the health education needs of HealthChoices Members. Representation on this Committee must include, but not be limited to, women, minorities, persons with Special Needs and at least one (1) person with expertise on the medical needs of children with Special Needs. Provider representation includes physical health, behavioral health, and dental health Providers. The PH-MCO must provide the Department annually with the membership (including designation) and meeting schedule of the Health Education Advisory Committee. The PH-MCO must provide for and document coordination of health education materials, activities and programs with public health entities, particularly as they relate to public health priorities and population-based interventions that are relevant to the populations being served and that take into consideration the ability of these populations to understand and act upon health information. The PH- MCO must also work with the Department to ensure that its Health Education Advisory Committees are provided with an effective means to consult with each other and, when appropriate, coordinate efforts and resources for the benefit of the entire HealthChoices population in the HC Zone and/or populations with Special Needs. The PH-MCO must provide the Department with a written description of all planned health education activities and targeted implementation dates on an annual basis.

  • Monitoring and Oversight 9 To permit the SCSB as the Authorizer hereunder to fulfill its monitoring and oversight functions under the Act, U.C.A. §53G-5-202(1)(c), and ensure that the School is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement10, the Charter School agrees to fully support SCSB’s oversight and monitoring responsibilities including responding to all timely requests for reports,11 audits,12 formal and informal investigations, formal and informal visits and inspections of books and records of the Charter School.13 SCSB will use best efforts in exercising its oversight function to secure and review information or records that have been previously submitted by the Charter Schools to relieve administrative cost associated with duplicate requests.

  • Time and One-Half Time and one-half will be paid as follows:

  • COOPERATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES The College and UFE shall supply each other with requested information reasonably needed to facilitate the processing of the grievance. Meetings to discuss any grievance shall be scheduled at mutually convenient times.

  • Marketing and Outreach CONTRACTOR shall identify culturally and linguistically appropriate measures for reaching older adults in need of transportation and determine procedures for implementation of outreach, which may include, but is not limited to, brochures, flyers, and public presentations. In order to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of services, a CONTRACTOR shall be required to submit drafts of all printed materials related to outreach and marketing of OoA Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Fixed-Price Per Mile Program services to OoA for approval before publication and dissemination.

  • Ratification and operation (1) The State shall introduce and sponsor a Xxxx in the State Parliament of Western Australia prior to 31 December 2011 or such later date as may be agreed between the parties hereto to ratify this Agreement. The State shall endeavour to secure the timely passage of such Xxxx as an Act.

  • Promotion and Admission (1) Each Contracting Party shall, in its State territory, promote as far as possible investments by investors of the other Contracting Party and admit such investments in accordance with its national laws and regulations.

  • Management and Operations 15.1 The Operator shall prepare an annual work programme and budget for each Calendar Year during the term of this Agreement. Each such work programme and budget shall set out in reasonable details, the work to be carried out, facilities to be purchased or created, training and employment programme, establishment, salaries and wages, social welfare schemes to be undertaken, and an estimate of the Expenditure to be incurred. The Operator shall present such work programme and budget to the Government and the Working Interest Owners before the start of each Calendar Year and thereafter provide a quarterly update on the implementation of such work programme and budget.
