Seven Years’ Service. a) Employees with seven (7) or more years’ continuous service shall receive four (4) weeks vacation with vacation pay based on the greater of nine percent (9%) of the wages or salary earned during the year of entitlement, or one hundred and sixty (160) hours at the hourly rate of the employee’s regular job.
