Seventy-Five Percent. (75%) Rule If an employee works out of classification 75% or more of the time during a two week pay period, they will be compensated at the higher grade level for the entire pay period. Any work performed out of classification will be reviewed on a per pay period basis and hours cannot be carried over from one pay period to another.
