Seventy-Five Percent (75%) Benefit Level. Regular part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work twenty (20) or more hours per week, but less than thirty-eight (38) hours per week, shall be eligible for seventy-five percent (75%) of the hospital-medical, dental, life and/or long-term disability insurance premium contributions, seventy-five percent (75%) of the annual leave (including supplemental sick leave) benefits and seventy-five percent (75%) of the holiday pay benefits paid to regular full-time employees.
