Ineligible Employees. An employee who is regularly employed less than 30 hours per week shall not be eligible for the benefits of this Article. Upon termination of employment, an employee is no longer eligible for participation in School District insurance plans effective the last day of the month following the date of termination.
Ineligible Employees. If an Employee completes the above eligibility requirements, but is Ineligible at the time participation would otherwise begin (if he or she were not Ineligible), he or she shall become a Participant on the first subsequent date on which he or she is an Eligible Employee.
Ineligible Employees. All employees hired after July 1, 1997 or after will not be eligible for longevity pay.

Ineligible Employees. Regular part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work less than twenty (20) hours per week shall not be eligible for any fringe benefits under this Agreement.
Ineligible Employees. Temporary employees and employees who have less than thirty-seven and a half (37.5) scheduled hours of work per week for their normally scheduled work year are not eligible for insurance coverages provided in this Article. The same will be made available to them, at their own expense, if allowed by the insurance carrier.
Ineligible Employees. An employee, who is not eligible for family and medical leave, who has a child or who legally adopts a child, is eligible for maternity/paternity leave as follows:
1. The leave must be requested not less than forty (40) calendar days before the expected birth or adoption of the child.
2. The leave shall be without pay and District paid insurance benefits and it will be allowed only if the employee agrees not to seek regular employment with the District during the term of the leave.
3. The duration of the leave shall be determined by mutual agreement.
4. Upon returning from leave the employee shall be placed in a position similar to the one last held with the replacement employee employed only for the period of the leave time.
5. It could be possible that an employee might be placed in the Displacement Pool according to Article 10 in this Agreement.
Ineligible Employees. An employee not eligible for military leave pay may have such absence charged to accrued vacation, accrued compensatory time off, or the military leave may be without pay.
Ineligible Employees. Employees are not eligible for sick leave if continuing to work at another job during the time for which sick leave is requested.
Ineligible Employees. Employees not normally eligible for shift differential who work overtime into another shift shall not receive shift differential in addition to normal overtime remuneration.
