Sewer Use Ordinance. The Municipality shall comply with the provisions of the Sewer Use Ordinance, as certified in the Application. The Municipality covenants that it shall comply with and enforce all provisions of the Sewer Use Ordinance, as established pursuant to the Statute and Regulations.

Sewer Use Ordinance. Eagleville shall establish, adopt and maintain a Sewer Use Ordinance which ordinance shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and shall in no way conflict/interfere with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. To the extent there should be any conflict between the Eagleville Sewer Use Ordinance and this Agreement, then this Agreement shall control. The parties attach hereto the present Sewer Use Ordinance adopted by Eagleville as Exhibit 1.
Sewer Use Ordinance. The District shall comply with, and shall require its agents, contractors, and customers to comply with, the City’s Sewer Use Ordinance and Pre-Treatment Program as codified in City of Elizabethtown Ordinance No. 11-2002, and any subsequent amendments thereto.
Sewer Use Ordinance. [SSS Owner] will adopt a local sewer use ordinance which is no less stringent and is as broad in scope of the sewer use ordinance adopted by Columbia and codified at Chapter 23 of the Columbia Code of Ordinances (“Columbia Ordinance”). [SSS Owner] will forward to Columbia for review a draft of its proposed sewer use ordinance within sixty [60] days of the date of this Agreement. [SSS Owner] will adopt its sewer use ordinance within ninety (90) days of receiving approval from Columbia of its content.
Sewer Use Ordinance. Within 90 calendar days of the submission of the local limits evaluation in Paragraph 7, the City of Jerome WWTP shall submit to the Department for review a proposed Sewer Use Ordinance that meets the minimum requirements of 40 CFR 403 and Idaho Code § 50-302. This shall include all required streamlining provisions and the necessary local limits identified by the local limits evaluation.

  • Sunshine Ordinance Contractor acknowledges that this Agreement and all records related to its formation, Contractor’s performance of Services, and City’s payment are subject to the California Public Records Act, (California Government Code §6250 et. seq.), and the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance, (San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 67). Such records are subject to public inspection and copying unless exempt from disclosure under federal, state or local law.

  • Local Business Enterprise and Non-Discrimination in Contracting Ordinance Contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of Chapter 14B (“LBE Ordinance”). Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 14B.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.
