Common use of Sewer Clause in Contracts

Sewer. The proposed Extension will consist of approximately linear feet of sewer pipe and appurtenances, and shall be designed and installed in accordance with this Agreement, the Developer Extension condition letter attached as Exhibit B, and the District approved Standards and Specifications.
