Sexual or Personal Harassment. a) All employees have the right to work without sexual or personal harassment. b) Sexual harassment shall be defined as any rejected or unwelcome sexual comment, look, suggestion or physical contact that creates an uncomfortable working or learning environment for the recipient, made by a person who knows or ought to know it is unwelcome; but may include a single sexual advance made by a person in authority over the recipient that includes or implies a threat; and may include a reprisal made after a sexual advance is rejected. c) Personal harassment shall be defined as intentional, offensive comments and/or actions designed to demean and/or belittle an individual. d) Any complaint respecting the provisions contained in this Article shall be dealt with in the grievance procedure and shall commence at Step 3 as outlined in Article 12.
