Notification of New Employees. The Board agrees to notify the Union Secretary of the name, address, position and location of each new employee within five (5) working days of their date of employment.

Notification of New Employees. The Employer agrees to submit to the Union each month a list of new employees hired, his or her job classification, home addresses and whether his or her employment is on a permanent, provisional, seasonal or temporary basis if known.

The Board shall furnish the Association president with the names and home addresses of all new bargaining unit members, except for those bargaining unit members hired in August, at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the opening of school each year. Notification of New Employees. 3.01 The Company agrees to provide each new and rehired employee at the time of employment with a form letter, as shown in Exhibit One, supplied to the Company by the Union, outlining to the employee their responsibility in regard to payment of union dues and initiation fee. The Company agrees to forward, this completed document, to the Union within ten (10) calendar days from the date of hire or rehire of an employee. The Union shall bear the expense of printing and mailing the letter, the contents to be such that it is acceptable to the Company.
3.02 The Company agrees to provide the Union, once a month, with a list in Excel format containing the names of all employees who have terminated their employment during the previous month.
Notification of New Employees. The County agrees to inform new employees that they are in the Attorney Unit and that OCAA is the exclusive representative of employees in the Bargaining Unit. Additionally, the County shall provide access to its new employee orientations and an opportunity to discuss the rights and obligations created by the Agreement and the role of the exclusive representative, and to answer questions related to the Agreement and the role of OCAA when acting as the exclusive representative. The County shall provide not less than 10 days' notice in advance of an orientation to OCAA. The structure, time, and manner of exclusive representative access shall be determined through mutual agreement between the employer and the exclusive representative, subject to the requirements of Government Code Section 3557. The date, time, and place of the orientation shall not be disclosed to anyone other than the employees, the exclusive representative, or a vendor that is contracted to provide a service for purposes of the orientation.
