Shift and Relief Differential. Employees assigned to swing shift shall receive a shift differential added to base pay of: A. Employees assigned to swing shift shall receive a shift differential added to base pay of four percent (4%). If a shift is scheduled to begin within two (2) hours of the stated shift time, as defined in Article 10 Section 3, the employee will receive the applicable shift differential. B. Employees whose shift begins from 6:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. will receive graveyard shift differential of six percent (6%).
