Shift Change without Notice. In the event the Company requires an employee to change shifts without providing five (5) working days notice, said employee will receive time and one half (1.5) for work performed on the initial changed shift. If the shift change is at the request of the employee, the above shall not apply.

  • Other Leave With or Without Pay 17.01 In respect to applications for leave made pursuant to this Article, the employee may be required to provide satisfactory validation of the circumstances necessitating such requests.
