Shift Extension Overtime. (a) An employee who is required to work overtime immediately preceding or following the completion of a regular shift, shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½) time his/her regular straight-time hourly rate for the first (2) hours worked, and two (2) times his/her regular straight-time hourly rate for all overtime worked beyond two (2) hours.
