Weekly Overtime. Employees shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times their basic hourly rate for all time worked in excess of the normal work week for full-time employees.
Weekly Overtime. An Employee required to work in excess of forty (40) hours per week shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) for the first eight (8) hours of work in excess of the forty (40) hours and double time thereafter.

Weekly Overtime. Time worked on an employee's regularly scheduled days off will be considered overtime and will be paid in the amount of one and one half times (1.5X) his base hourly rate for each hour, or fraction thereof, actually worked.

Weekly Overtime. With prior approval by section managers, Police Department employees may volunteer to work a scheduled day off in lieu of working a holiday that falls within the same work week. The holiday paid for, but not worked, shall not be recognized as time worked for the purpose of determining weekly overtime.
