Shift Scheduling Standards and Premiums for Non-Compliance. (a) Effective starting within four (4) calendar weeks following Date of Ratification (June 12, 2023), shift schedules for Full-time and Part-time Employees will be posted not less than twelve (12) weeks in advance. An Employee's shift schedule may be changed after it is posted provided that the Employer gives the Employee fourteen (14) calendar days’ notice of such change and the change is confirmed in writing with the Employee and written on the shift schedule. For clarification purposes - changing from one floor to another in the same facility does not constitute a shift change.
