Common use of SHIFT - START AND STOP TIMES Clause in Contracts

SHIFT - START AND STOP TIMES. If an employee is working on the second or third shift and is unable to start the shift on time and/or to complete the shift, then the hourly rate for such an employee shall be computed by dividing the employee's total pay for a regular full shift by the applicable total number of hours he would be required to work to qualify for a full second or third shift, multiplied by the actual hours worked.
